By creating an account and using SessionLogr ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
SessionLogr is an AI-powered trading journal for futures traders. The Service provides trade logging, performance analytics, AI-driven coaching, and related tools to help traders review and improve their trading performance.
SessionLogr is not a financial advisor and nothing in the Service constitutes financial advice.
All analytics, AI-generated insights, coaching recommendations, playbook rules, position sizing suggestions, and pass planner projections are for informational and educational purposes only. They are based on your historical trade data and are not predictions of future performance.
Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.
SessionLogr is currently in beta. The Service is provided "as is" and may be subject to changes, interruptions, or discontinuation without notice. Beta users receive free access during this period. Pricing and terms may change when the Service exits beta.
The Tradovate direct sync feature uses Tradovate's public API. Your Tradovate credentials are used solely to fetch your trade data and are never stored. Your use of Tradovate's API must comply with Tradovate's own terms of service.
AI features are powered by Anthropic's Claude API. By using AI features, you acknowledge that relevant trade data and journal content is transmitted to Anthropic for processing. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to that data.
You own your data. SessionLogr does not claim any ownership over your trade data, journal entries, or any other content you create. You may export or delete your data at any time. Upon account deletion, all your data is permanently removed from our systems.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SessionLogr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
SessionLogr's total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. PAST TRADING PERFORMANCE ANALYZED BY THE SERVICE DOES NOT GUARANTEE FUTURE RESULTS.
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your data and ceasing use of the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may modify these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice within the app. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
