SessionLogr ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. Your trade data and journal entries are sensitive financial and personal information — we treat them accordingly.
Email address and password (hashed, never stored in plain text) used to create your account via Supabase Auth.
Trades you import, sync, or log manually — including entry/exit prices, P&L, symbols, timestamps, notes, and tags.
Daily journal entries including mood ratings, energy levels, session notes, and reflections you write in the Daily Journal.
Conversations with Sage, your AI trading coach. These are stored to enable conversation history.
We never store your Tradovate password. When you use the Tradovate sync feature, your credentials are transmitted over HTTPS, used to obtain a short-lived access token, and immediately discarded. No brokerage passwords are written to any database, log, or file.
AI features in SessionLogr — including Sage, the Edge Report, daily insights, and session debriefs — are powered by Claude, an AI model made by Anthropic.
When you use these features, relevant portions of your trade data and journal entries are sent to Anthropic's API to generate responses.
Anthropic does not train its models on API data by default.Your data sent through the Claude API is not used to train or improve Anthropic's models. You can review Anthropic's privacy policy at anthropic.com/privacy.
You may opt out of AI features entirely. Without AI features, your trades and journal entries remain private to you and are not sent to any third-party AI service.
You can download all your data (trades, journal entries, conversations, AI memory) at any time from the Data & Privacy page inside the app.
You can permanently delete all your data from the Data & Privacy page. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
If you are located in the European Union, you have rights under GDPR including the right to access, rectify, erase, and port your data. Contact us at the email below to exercise these rights.
California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. This is an httpOnly, secure cookie that contains your authentication token. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking cookies.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of SessionLogr after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
